Visual, olfactory and taste phase
Young white fermented on lees, medium bodied. Pale gold and greenish color, with silver highlights.
On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, tree fruits such as apple and aniseed notes stand out. On the palate it is dry, smooth and fruity.

PAIRING
We propose a pairing with products from our land such as a grilled gallopedro fish accompanied by rebollones, very typical mushrooms in the Alpujarra mountains.
Pair with grilled fish and shellfish and mushrooms.
